Young Lizzy!
A nice photo of the youg Queen Elizabeth in a Journal was my beginning. I printed a very thin layer of lightgreen color on it. After drying I printed a thin layer turquoise color on it and used at a part of the image a vegetable mesh for texture. I added some flowers in a lighter turquoise made by a stencil.
A few stamps and effects with a white Sharpie completed it.

Supergut gefällt mir dein Werk! Du hast die Zeitungsseite, die ja normalerweise Abfall wäre perfekt genutzt und das Allerbeste draus gemacht voller Kreativität! So toll wie auch die Stempel im Vordergrund wirken, bin ganz begeistert!
Wenn der Zeitungsabklatsch auf schwarz erfolgt wäre, hättest du nicht mehr viel von der Queen erkennen können, aber so ist es einfach fantastisch!

I seem to be playing catch-up here. I think this is an incredible technique. I love how the original image shows through, yet is muted. I think Elizabeth was a real beauty when she was young. She looks so innocent there, too. I also like how you added stamping to make this art your own. Thanks so much for sharing it with us at Art Journal Journey.
